Standard cover for appliances within the manufacturer's terms.
VAT 5% & 20%: To qualify for the lower 5% VAT, the hut must either exceed 7 metres in length or 2.55 metres in width, and must include a bathroom, kitchen and bed. This is then classed as a living accommodation. If the hut does not fit the criteria, it will be charged at 20% VAT as per HMRC ref:701/20
Quotations for huts do NOT include curtains, blinds, cushions and seat pads, or TV & bracket.
Mains electric, water and sewage has been quoted for.
